Consignment FAQs
What types of items do we accept?
We primarily accept clothing, shoes, and accessories in excellent used condition — no damage, odors, or heavy wear. Select designer pieces in good condition may also be considered. Items must meet the Condition Guidelines, which are reviewed before intake.
How does the payout work?
Profits are split 50/50 after platform fees (e.g., Poshmark or eBay fees). For items sold under $25 (after fees), a $1 packaging fee is also deducted to help offset shipping supply costs.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are sent every Sunday via your preferred method (PayPal, Venmo, etc.) and include an itemized breakdown of all sales and your total earnings.
How long will you keep my items?
Items are listed for up to 6 months. After that, you can:
Request items back (before the 6-month mark ends)
Or allow them to be donated to local charities if not reclaimed
📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consignor.
Do I have to sign anything?
Yes. Before consigning, all clients must review and sign the Nic’s Picks Consignment Terms + Conditions which includes full terms.
Can you authenticate my luxury items?
Yes. For items with an estimated resale price of $500 or above, Nic’s Picks will outsource a third party luxury authenticator to certify items for sale.
