Frequently Asked Questions

Selling online can be rewarding—but it can also be time-consuming. We photograph, research, price, list across multiple marketplaces, answer buyer questions, package orders, ship items, and manage inventory so you don't have to. You enjoy the benefits of resale without turning it into a part-time job.

  • We specialize in women's contemporary and designer clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories in excellent, very good, or select good condition. We accept pieces based on condition, style, and current demand—not just the label.

  • Consignors receive 50% of the final selling price after marketplace fees. Payouts are sent every Sunday via Venmo or Apple Pay, along with an emailed itemized sales summary.

  • Items remain on consignment for six months. This gives your pieces time to be seen across multiple resale platforms while allowing us to reach the right buyer.

  • At the end of your consignment period, you can choose to have your items returned or donated. We'll reach out before your consignment ends so you can decide what works best for you.

  • Every item is individually researched using current resale market data, brand demand, condition, and comparable sales. Our goal is to maximize your return while pricing competitively enough to sell.

  • Yes. Designer handbags and other qualifying luxury items are carefully reviewed before they're listed. When appropriate, third-party authentication services are used to help ensure authenticity.

  • Yes! We offer complimentary porch pickup within approximately 25 miles of West Nashville, as well as local drop-offs and shipping options for consignors outside the area.
